My support includes:
- Purchasing assistance – Do you need just the basic system or do you require add on features to to complete your projects
- Software support – How to get it installed, help with how the features work, how best to design your projects, design troubleshooting.
- Remote connect training using TEAMVIEWER software so you can sit at your computer while I answer your questions and show you the software features.
- Machine support – Help you keep your machine clean and lubed for maximum performance, troubleshoot/diagnose machine issues, if local I will help you with parts replacement, if long distance – email and phone support.
How do you insure RingNeckBlues gets credit for the purchase of CarveWright products
- Call me – I can complete your purchase over the phone
- Use the Buy CarveWright link found on most pages on the site or in my email signature. The link has my partner ID
- Direct purchase through the CarveWright store – In the “Partner ID” box on the check out page type in 20829 or just leave a note in the “customer comments” section during the check out process that you would like me to get credit on your purchase.
- Calling into CarveWright – Just let the CarveWright representative know that you would like me to get credit for your purchase and have them add it to the comments section in the order.
